Our sweet Kate was bouncing around all morning yesterday, but by afternoon she climbed in my lap and snuggled in. A few minutes later she asked to go to bed. Not a usual occurrence around here. So when I went in to check on her, I found a toasty little girl with a fever past one hundred and one. Poor little thing. I rearranged the furniture and let her watch movies in her crib, but she begged to be cuddled. So we rearranged the living room furniture with the couch pushed up in front of the computer. We snuggled and watched Dora all afternoon. Ike was a sweetheart and made sure she had her vitamins and juice. He hovered over her and pushed play after each show ended.
Today she's feeling much better and we're not sure if she is contagious or not. However, no one else has signs of a bug. Thank goodness!
