The Oregon Coast is a favorite destination of ours. We enjoyed this view all week from our balcony. We had cousins and aunts and uncles and even Grandma and Grandpa join us. And that kid in the red, well, we don't know who he belonged to but he joined in on our fun as well:)

1 quart of water and ice

1 or 2 lemons

a pinch of stevia

We drink this often -- 3 to 4 times a week. I make a jar and set it on the counter. It doesn't take little people long to spot the refreshing drink and is gone shortly after:) I think it's GREAT for flu season! We went a WHOLE year without so much as one pile of vomit! Woohoo! knock on wood
