Yes, I am aware that the lonely pendant light looks a bit silly. No worries though! We have a chandelier just waiting to replace it:)We are set to walk through the house on August 28th . . . when most of the work should be wrapped up. After that, papers get signed and we'll be able to call this cottage home!

I really like that nook you have in the corner. I like kitchens that have character. What will you go in that space, the refrigerator, and a coffee bar??? LOL

Anonymous, you must know me well to suggest a coffee bar go in the corner:) The nook in the corner will soon have a door and will be the pantry and the refrigerator goes in the far right nook. I'll post pictures once the appliances are all in:)
